When we decide to throw it or still make a dish out of it, we first assess how badly rotten the packet of cai xin is. Can it be salvaged by tearing away that few rotten leaves? Can your stomach withstand eating such veggies for a long period of time? I can’t give you a perfect answer unless I see that packet of cai xin and understand the health status of the family members in all aspects.”
